Visiting Nurse Health System announces the selection of Jacqueline Ralph-Blair as the organization’s Chief Innovation Officer (CIO). Jacqueline started with the organization January 2, 2023, to bring new direction for continued growth, standards of clinical excellence and team development to the Home Health division. “With Jacqueline’s 30 plus years’ history in the health care industry, and extensive Home Health leadership experience, she is uniquely qualified to successfully lead the Home Health division into its next phase of growth and development,” shares Dorothy Davis, President & CEO, Visiting Nurse Health System. “Always focusing on our patients first, I look forward to Jacqueline’s contributions to our Home Health division, including widening mission impact through patient care levels, innovative team development with the goal of clinical excellence and delivering top quality patient care through in-home health care.” Davis continues, “early on in Jacqueline’s career she worked as an RN for the New York Visiting Nurse Service, so she understands deeply the importance of mission-driven leadership that’s required in order to deliver the expected level of excellence in patient care standards.”
