Jacqueline Ralph-Blair is Visiting Nurse Health System’s Chief Innovation Officer, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare experience and extensive leadership in home health. Since joining Visiting Nurse in January 2023, she has focused on advancing clinical excellence, strengthening teams, expanding services and driving innovation in care delivery.

Jacqueline’s leadership and contributions to healthcare were recognized in 2025 when she was named one of Modern Healthcare’s Leading Women. She also serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for Georgia State University’s Byrdine F. Lewis College of Nursing & Health Professions. Her professional involvement includes advisory roles with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice and LeadingAge, as well as membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives and other healthcare leadership organizations.

A registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and a Master of Healthcare Administration, Jacqueline is committed to advancing healthcare innovation, developing future leaders and improving access to high-quality care at home.
