Help families attend Camp STARS bereavement camp after the loss of a parent, sibling or child

5 days of in-home hospice care for someone in our community who cannot afford to pay, allowing this person the opportunity to live with autonomy, dignity and joy during this difficult time

1 telemonitoring device which helps reduce that patient’s risk of re-hospitalization

A laptop computer and software for hospice nurses to document care for in-home patients
Many of our patients do not have the ability to pay, but Visiting Nurse is there to help: we spend more than $4 million annually in service to the uninsured. Unfortunately, reimbursements do not cover this care. Your monthly gift will help fund this need in a long-term, reliable way. We will use your gift on necessities like purchasing medical supplies and continuing to train our experienced nurses to provide care to those less fortunate.
