Executive Director, Hospice Atlanta and Palliative Care

Natasha Fowlks is the Executive Director of Visiting Nurse Health System’s Hospice Atlanta and Palliative Care division. She earned her BSN from Nazareth College of Rochester, received the Spirit of Nursing Award in 2010, and is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) with active nursing licenses in Georgia and New York.

With extensive experience in hospice operations, clinical leadership and relationship development, Natasha is a passionate advocate for compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care. Her professional leadership extends across the hospice and palliative care community, including service on the boards of the Hospice & Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) and the Georgia Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (GHPCO), where she serves as Public Policy Vice Chair and Membership Committee Chair. She is an active member of Chi Eta Phi, Inc. She also contributes to national and community-based efforts to advance hospice care, caregiver support and access to quality services.

Natasha is committed to advancing innovation, strengthening community partnerships and ensuring patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality care when they need it most. Leveraging her background in business operations, relationship development and clinical efficiencies gained from her decades of experience in the hospice community, Natasha is an avid end-of-life care advocate, with patient-centered care at the center of every decision.  As an active leader in the Hospice community, she supports the innovation and forward-thinking industry developments critical to bringing improved efficiencies to end-of-life patient care and services.
