Roger Hiles serves as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Visiting Nurse Health System, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia.  In this role he is a key member of the senior leadership team serving in a strategic role in the overall financial management of the company, including planning, implementing, managing and controlling all the company’s financial activities.  Roger has over 20 years financial leadership experience in the media, consumer services, insurance and financial services industries, including more than 17 years in financial leadership roles at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (now WarnerMedia) in consolidated and executive financial reporting, planning and project management.  His prior experience includes financial roles at Rollins, Inc. in Atlanta, as well as other opportunities in a variety of industries and settings.  He also served with distinction in leadership roles for a national professional organization for media finance professionals.  Roger holds a BA in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.   He volunteers frequently, leveraging his skills to benefit his community.  Roger lives in the Vinings area of Atlanta with his wife and has two adult children.  His interests include playing music, attending live theater events and traveling with his family.
