HealthCare Heroes – our Monthly Giving Club
Why is monthly giving so important? You’ll gain the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping someone every month – someone in our community who needs medical care. This is especially important as we build patient programs, plan clinician training and fund key organizational investments. You will benefit in other ways, too: with automatic monthly giving you eliminate the need for stamps and envelopes, and don’t have to remember to write a check.
What Your Gift Can Help Provide

Necessary healthcare supplies, like nutritional supplements and Depends, for patients who lack healthcare coverage or who can not reimburse the expense
$15/month
Services from our Care Coordinators, who manage meals, transportation, medication and nutrition, keeping these patients at a lower risk of re-hospitalization
$25/month
Help families attend Camp STARS bereavement camp after the loss of a parent, sibling or child
$50/month
5 days of in-home hospice care for someone in our community who cannot afford to pay, allowing this person the opportunity to live with autonomy, dignity and joy during this difficult time

4 days of in-home pediatric hospice care, caring for our littlest patients and their families
$125/month
1 telemonitoring device which helps reduce that patient’s risk of re-hospitalization
$150/month
A laptop computer and software for hospice nurses to document care for in-home patients
Many of our patients do not have the ability to pay, but Visiting Nurse is there to help: we spend more than $4 million annually in service to the uninsured. Unfortunately, reimbursements do not cover this care. Your monthly gift will help fund this need in a long-term, reliable way. We will use your gift on necessities like purchasing medical supplies and continuing to train our experienced nurses to provide care to those less fortunate.
