Dedicated to the industry’s highest standards of care, Visiting Nurse Health System is CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) certified.
Our Home Health and Hospice Atlanta programs being CHAP certified signifies that an organization in the home and community healthcare sector has met and exceeds the industry’s highest standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, including CMS standards CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services). CHAP accreditation is a rigorous, voluntary process that demonstrates an organization’s commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
As the trusted voice for aging, LeadingAge is a community of nonprofit aging services providers and other mission-driven organizations serving older adults, empowering people to live fully as they age.

Because Visiting Nurse Health System | Hospice Atlanta knows that pets are a family members too, we are proud to partner and support this national nonprofit, to provide quality program for our patients facing serious illness and their furry family members. By respecting the relationship between people and their pets at the deepest level, this organization actively advocates for the pet’s role as an important member of the caregiving team.
