Visiting Nurse Health System Names New Board Chair Nicole Keaton Hart

Visiting Nurse Health System, Inc. (VNHS), Georgia’s leader in providing healthcare and aging services at home, announced the election of Nicole Keaton Hart as Board Chair, effective January 1, 2024. Nicole has been an active board member, serving on the Visiting Nurse board since 2021.

As Chief Strategy Officer for Microsoft Security, Nicole oversees the development and
execution of global cybersecurity product and governance of GenAI strategies.  She has held key C-level roles such as the former Chief Information Officer for Fulton County Government and Senior Vice President for SunTrust Bank.

Ms. Hart is a certified risk management (CRISC) and governance of enterprise information technology (CGEIT) professional and additionally holds an Executive Master of Management Information Technology from Georgia State University. She is currently pursuing an
Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, while residing in Atlanta with her family.

“Nicole’s extensive background in enterprise strategy, expertise in large, complex system development, and wealth of experience in cyber security, offers this organization’s Board of Directors what’s needed for future growth and development,” said Dorothy Davis, President
