Shannon Drake Named New Board Member for Visiting Nurse Health System

Atlanta, November 25, 2024 – Visiting Nurse Health System, Georgia’s leader in providing healthcare and aging services at home, announced the election of Shannon Drake as a new board member for Visiting Nurse Health System’s Board of Directors.

Drake, a Healthcare and Real Estate Partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, brings extensive experience in long-term care, specifically the home health and hospice settings.  As the former chief legal officer and corporate secretary of a national home health and hospice provider, Shannon understands the complex regulatory and operational environment home care providers navigate daily.

“Shannon’s extensive legal expertise and dedication to community service will be invaluable assets to Visiting Nurse Health System’s Board of Directors,” shares Dorothy Davis, President and CEO of Visiting Nurse Health System. “His understanding of healthcare regulations and commitment to ethical governance will strengthen our efforts to provide exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
