Skilled Nursing Services
Our Skilled Nursing Services in Atlanta is a high level of medical care provided by experts such as RNs or specialty therapists. If you or a loved one is recovering from a surgery or illness or is facing life with a chronic condition, Visiting Nurse Health System can bring this care to the comfort and safety of your home. Our focus is healing and restoring the patient’s independence so they can get back to living as normal a life as possible.
Highly-skilled Visiting Nurse professionals will deliver medical and technical expertise, compassion and understanding and most importantly, peace of mind. We take some of the burden of care off the family and instill confidence in everyone that the patient is getting the best care possible.
Skilled Nursing requires a doctor’s order, but is covered by Medicare and most insurance.
- Visiting Nurse does not accept patient’s receiving Milrinone therapy it is no longer covered under the home health benefit plan.
- We are not accepting LVAD (Left Ventricular Assistive Device) management at this time.

In honor of Nurses Day, Week, and Month, our Home Health Nurses celebrated last night with the "From Scrubs to Strikes: Nurses Night at the Lanes" themed Cinco de Mayo bowling night!
