Community Care Virtual Open House – February 23, 2023
Are you in the business of helping people? Or do you care for a loved one, yourself or a neighbor who has questions and needs resources and do not know where to turn? Please join us on February 23, 2023, anytime between
12:15-1:45pm for the first Community Care informational “Virtual Open House.” This is place where those that are in the business of helping can learn more about the Community Care Medicaid programs in an informal platform.
Rich Neldon, MSW, Community Care Provider Relations Manager, is hosting this “lunch-and-learn” style virtual open house, where you “can drop in” virtually and learn about the Medicaid Waiver programs through Visiting Nurse’s Community Care division of care. This is an invitation that you are invited to extend to anyone in the community, especially for those that are in a profession of caring for people, including staff at local organizations such as Chambers of Commerce, community resource programs, churches, doctor’s offices, and any additional healthcare professionals.
