Mr. Bayman is a co-founder and Principal of Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC (“H2C”), an independent investment banking and financial advisory firm, with an exclusive focus on healthcare services companies. Rich Bayman has advised senior management and boards of many prominent healthcare organizations across the country in the design and execution of strategic advisory and capital financing assignments. His direct advisory and financing experience includes acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions for hospitals, health systems, home health and hospice organizations and other ancillary health care services as well as both public and private debt and equity offerings.
Rich received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and a Masters of Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, where he graduated beta gamma sigma. Rich resides with his wife and two children in Atlanta, Georgia.
